...and I found !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! What does that mean exactly? I've got an idea, but I don't want to suggest something that goes horribly wrong down the road, but it's too good of a deal not to look into.

I've never worked in the car industry but the language used suggests it was a demonstration vehicle for the factory's quality control.
Judging by the fact it's not cube-shaped, I'd say it was approved.
